Staff is great at cutting hair and very friendly, however corporate or someone needs to educate the sports to play on the TVs. There is an elite eight game being played and they have fishing on all the TVs instead. Terrible if your whole gimmick is watching sports while you get a haircut

Shannon does an amazing job with children here. I won't take my kids to anyone else again!

My husband and two children walked in and signed in around 6:20 PM, my husband told someone that their names never showed up on the board and they looked him up and added their names to the list. The computer system removed their names from the board. Finally one of my children got his hair cut, but at 7:30 PM my husband told them he was leaving because we could not wait any longer. Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long to get a hair cut on a Wednesday night when you were not even busy. We will NOT be back. They did take $5 off of the bill and apologized, but now we have to go somewhere else to get two more hair cuts, fix your computer system!
